About your new accounts
Your personal loans and lines of credit have transitioned to UMB. All changes are effective July 14. Please review the important account information you received in early June.
Statements
UMB provides individual account statements instead of a combined statement for each of your accounts. If you are signed up for e-statements, you will receive both an e-statement and paper statement beginning July 14.
Updated payment address
Refer to your monthly billing statement for information about your loan/line of credit number and payment options. For loan/line of credit payments sent by mail, please use this mailing address to expedite payment posting:

Consumer Loans
Your loan is based on terms that were set when your loan documents were signed. Your terms and conditions have not changed based on this account transition. Refer to your monthly billing statement for information about your loan number and payment options. This statement will include an updated address for loan payments, and using this updated information will expedite payment posting.
If your automatic payment was set to pay your monthly billing statement on its due date through a prescheduled transfer from your Minnesota Bank & Trust account, you don’t need to do anything. These autopayments will continue after conversion.
If you have authorized additional or extra loan payments that are scheduled for any day other than your payment due date or are set up through an account at any other financial institution, your autopayments will not process after July 11. Go to Payments and Transfers in your online banking account to reestablish autopayments that didn’t carry over.
Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs)
Your line of credit is based on terms that were set when your line of credit document was signed. Your terms and conditions have not changed based on this account transition. Refer to your monthly billing statement for information about your line of credit number and payment options. This statement includes an updated address for loan payments, and using this updated information will expedite payment posting.
Advances
Line of credit advances can be obtained by the methods described in your credit agreement.
Autopayments
If your line of credit autopayments are scheduled for your payment due date, they will continue as you set them up.
If you have authorized additional or extra line of credit payments that are scheduled for any day other than your payment due date or are made through an account at any other financial institution, your autopayments will not process after July 11. Go to Payments and Transfers in your online banking account to reestablish autopayments that didn’t carry over.
Ready Reserve Line of Credit
Your line of credit is based on terms that were set when your line of credit document was signed. Your terms and conditions have not changed based on this account transition. Lines of Credit
Line of credit advances can only be completed in-branch at this time. Telephone and online banking advances are not available at UMB.
